5. Booking a Consultation

When booking a consultation with Nyanga Nutrition, you agree to:

  • Pay the fees as outlined at the time of booking.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees.

  • If cancelled within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee.

  • If cancelled within 24 hours or in the case of a no-show, the full fee applies.

6. Telehealth Services

Nyanga Nutrition provides telehealth consultations through secure, encrypted platforms. By using telehealth, you acknowledge:

  • The importance of a stable internet connection and a private, secure space for consultations.

  • That technical disruptions may occur, but we will do our best to resolve them.
